Tesla to Open 3rd Florida Sales Center in Miami
The third service and sales facility for Tesla is slated to open in Miami-Dade County. The multi-million dollar project would need to renovate a 78,026-square-foot warehouse that was originally built in 1984.
Additionally, 150 parking spaces are planned, with 2/3 of them being outside the structure. The 5.3-acre construction site was purchased by EV 9900 LLC in late 2021 for $19.75 million. The building wasn’t occupied when it was purchased.
The original structure will be transformed into a service center, showroom, and office space in accordance with Tesla’s concept. This would entail that the facility would be open for the transfer of new cars to owners, the acceptance of end-of-lease vehicles, and the provision of basic services like tire repair and software upgrades.
The project was created by Stantec. It shared conceptual illustrations of a mid-rise glass structure with many web outlets. The proposal will be presented to Miami-Dade city officials on August 23, 2023, according to Tesla North.
If permitted, the business would complement the Tesla service centers that are already located in Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. The business may be found in Miami-Dade County at 9950 N.W. 25th St., Miami, FL, 33172. The construction would be located north of Dolphin Expressway.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner Sell their Waterfront Mansion at Bay Point for $15 Million
The home of actress Sophie Turner and singer Joe Jonas in Miami’s exclusive Bay Point area recently sold for $15 million. After buying the house in 2021 for $11 million, the famous couple recruited interior designer Sarah Ivory to renovate it. The home was originally listed for $16.995 million in November of last year.
The Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired waterfront architectural marvel, which is situated in the ultra-exclusive guard-gated neighborhood of Bay Point, was first constructed in the 1980s and measures 10,414 square feet on a 15,599-square-foot lot. The mansion, which has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, has 30-foot ceilings, stone walls, and a tropical entry lobby with a floating staircase.
It has an antique Murano Venetian glass chandelier and a two-sided travertine fireplace. The dining area features hand-painted de Gournay wallpaper and another Murano glass chandelier.
The home also contains a wine room, a sauna, a gym, and a pool room with a two-story library space above it. A 94-foot private dock with direct access to the bay and ocean, a chef’s kitchen, a covert staff entry, a state-of-the-art spa, an outdoor kitchen, a dual-sided full-service bar for indoor/outdoor serving, a separate kiddie pool, and more can be found outdoors.
Ivory stated that the exterior of the house had been freshly painted, the landscaping had been updated, and lighting had been installed on the trees.
Among the famous people who have moved to Bay Point are pop artist Enrique Iglesias and his partner, former tennis champion Anna Kournikova.

Miami Welcomes Mexico’s RosaNegra’s First US Restaurant-Opening Spring 2024
Commercial real estate mogul, Robert Rivani is set to launch Mexico-based restaurant RosaNegra, with its first-ever US debut in Miami.
When it came time to choose a top international name to anchor the restaurant in style and hold its own on the city’s dining scene, Rivani looked no farther than his 13,634 square foot ground-floor spot at the SLS Brickell Hotel and Residences at 1300 S. Miami Ave. in Miami.
According to Rivani, the José Andrés restaurant that had previously occupied the location closed, leaving the area vacant and empty for some time.
Visitors to some of Mexico’s most popular tourist sites, such as Tulum, Cabo, and Cancun, will be familiar with the moniker RosaNegra. The restaurant’s blend of excellent cuisine and a vibrant, nightclub-like atmosphere ought to blend seamlessly in Miami.
A total of 4,634 square feet of outdoor space will be added to the over 1,400 square feet of indoor space, continuing with the RosaNegra brand’s theme of “Day of the Dead meets the Four Seasons.”
Food from Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico will be the main focus of RosaNegra’s menu. A superb wine list is cultivated with the same attention to detail that goes into making cocktails. Live music and a resident DJ complete the club atmosphere.
The restaurant is still in the design, planning, and permitting stages; it is scheduled to open in the spring of 2024. Because a restaurant had previously operated in the location, the operational infrastructure, such as the appliances in the kitchen, is already largely in place, which makes the process easier.
The 33-year-old Rivani has already made a significant impact on the Miami nightlife scene and with the Accor-owned SLS brand. Rivani made his first significant income selling vintage sneakers when he was still in his teens. The Japanese-inspired Gekko at the sibling property, the SLS LUX Brickell Hotel & Residences, at 805 S. Miami Ave., is one of numerous well-known eating tenants and a genuine hot place nearby. The fact that Puerto Rican hip-hop star Bad Bunny invested in Gekko didn’t hinder its success.
Cher’s Former Miami Beach Mansion Hits the Market
What was once the iconic pop star, Cher’s, former Miami Beach residence, is now on the market at $42.5 million. Located at 46 La Gorce Circle, this waterfront mansion is currently owned by Canadian investor James Eaton and his wife, Cecily. Only three years ago, the couple paid $17 million for the house.
Cher originally bought the estate in 1993 for $1.5 million to use as her private residence, but she only lived there for three years before selling it to Calvin Klein co-founder Barry Schwartz for $4.4 million.
The estate offers 150 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage and sits on three-quarters of an acre. Built in 1953, the home offers six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and an indoor courtyard expanding over 12,000 square feet. The exterior space includes a 50-foot-long pool, a pool house, a hot tub, a cold plunge, and an outdoor shower.
The 77-year-old pop sensation Cher is best known for her work on hit songs like “Believe” and “If I Could Turn Back Time,” as well as for her roles in films like “Moonstruck” and as one-half of the well-known combo Sonny & Cher. Although her activity in the entertainment industry has decreased, she just introduced a gelato line.
Cher is in the process of selling some of her other real estate investments. She recently put her Malibu home—which she has owned since before her stint at La Gorce Island—on the market for $85 million last year. She paid $3 million for the site in 1989 and then built the 13,000-square-foot mansion on it, slashing the price this year to $75 million.
