Coming to Edgewater: Aria Reserve Skyclub AKA Aria Reserve 3

Aria Reserve Skyclub

Big news is making waves in Edgewater again. A new 49-story tower, called Aria Reserve Skyclub, has been proposed by an affiliate of the Melo Group—marking the next chapter in the already ambitious Aria Reserve project. While officially referred to as “Aria Reserve Tower 3” in city filings, this latest addition could become one of the most defining buildings in the neighborhood’s skyline.

Located right next to the twin 650-foot towers currently rising at the Aria Reserve site, the Skyclub tower is aiming to bring an elevated mix of luxury living, office space, and retail to the area. According to the plans submitted, the new tower will offer:

  • 430 residential units

  • 62,165 square feet of office space

  • 6,924 square feet of ground-floor retail

  • Nine levels of parking with 520 spaces

The building design comes from acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica, known for shaping much of Miami’s modern look. The project is now under review and is set to go before the Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) on June 18th.

If approved, Aria Reserve Skyclub will further solidify Edgewater’s reputation as one of Miami’s fastest-growing, high-rise residential neighborhoods.
