The Allen Morris Company has debuted the elegant new sales gallery for Ponce Park Residences, offering a first look at the refined design and exceptional lifestyle coming soon to the heart of Downtown Coral Gables. The gallery offers a first glimpse into the world of sophisticated living envisioned by award-winning design firms Meyer Davis and Zyscovich Architects, setting the tone for what will soon be one of the most prestigious addresses in South Florida.

Located at 3000 Ponce de Leon Boulevard—at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Blvd. and University Drive—Ponce Park Residences is a rare, design-forward enclave featuring 58 two- to five-bedroom residences ranging from 1,900 to 6,500 square feet. Each home will boast expansive 11-foot-deep terraces equipped with fully outfitted Summer Kitchens, merging indoor elegance with outdoor living. With pricing starting at $2.4 million, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is leading sales efforts for this meticulously planned project.

Architecturally conceived by John A. Cunningham of Zyscovich, the eleven-story building draws inspiration from Coral Gables’ Mediterranean Revival roots while introducing modern lines and finishes. Interiors by Meyer Davis reflect refined sophistication, showcasing premium materials such as Venetian plaster, artisan-crafted metal and woodwork, and natural stone cladding throughout.

Amenities span 30,000 square feet and include:

  • Rooftop pools and jacuzzi

  • Full-service rooftop Sky Bar and lounge

  • A state-of-the-art spa and wellness center

  • Private retreat areas framed by lush landscaping

  • A ground-level Michelin-starred restaurant and 25,000 square feet of curated retail

Residents will also benefit from smart home technology, private elevators, soaring 11’–12’ ceilings, Italian wood cabinetry, chef-grade kitchens, and top-tier appliances from Sub-Zero, Wolf, and La Cornue.

More than just a residential project, Ponce Park Residences represents a significant community investment. The Allen Morris Company has committed $2 million to upgrade Ponce Circle Park, directly adjacent to the development. The enhancements, designed by landscape firm Naturalficial, will enrich the public space for all Coral Gables residents and reinforce the project’s commitment to enhancing the neighborhood’s charm and livability.

Groundbreaking is expected in Q4 2025, with completion projected for late 2027. As demand rises for low-density, high-design developments in prime urban settings, Ponce Park Residences stands poised to become a new architectural icon—and a gateway to timeless luxury living in Coral Gables.

For discerning buyers looking for elegance, privacy, and proximity to Miracle Mile, this development offers a rare opportunity to live beautifully in the City Beautiful.

Under the leadership of Allen and Spencer Morris, the Allen Morris Company has received commission approval for an exciting new project: Ponce Park Residences. This luxury condo development is set to become a significant addition to the heart of Coral Gables. Situated at the prestigious intersection of Ponce De Leon Boulevard and University Drive, Ponce Park Residences is poised to become an iconic building in “The City Beautiful.”

On May 21, the Coral Gables commission unanimously voted 5-0 in favor of Ponce Park Residences. Designed by the esteemed architect John Cunningham, the project pays homage to the Mediterranean influences that define Coral Gables. Cunningham, renowned for his design of the timeless Alhambra Towers—another landmark owned and developed by The Allen Morris Company—brings his expertise to create a structure that blends seamlessly into a new city park. The project also features landscape design by Naturalficial, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Ponce Park Residences will feature approximately 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, including two world-renowned restaurants and a top-tier wellness spa. The tower will house 57 ultra-luxury condo units designed by Meyer Davis. Each unit will boast the finest Italian kitchens and countertops, 12-foot deep balconies equipped with summer kitchens, and clear ceiling heights of 11 to 12 feet. The rooftop deck will offer 30,000 square feet of amenities, including multiple pools, a cold plunge, a hot tub, and a fully staffed private rooftop bar with stunning views of South Gables and Biscayne Bay.

Residents will enjoy a boutique urban lifestyle with access to over 100 shops and restaurants located at the $1 billion mixed-use development, The Plaza Coral Gables, directly across the street. Additionally, the Miracle Mile corridor, known for its vibrant shopping and dining options, is just a short walk away.

The Allen Morris Company is committed to enhancing the community. They will contribute $2 million in public improvements and take on the responsibility for the redesign of Ponce Circle Park, the city’s central park. The total investment in park improvements will exceed $9 million, ensuring a beautiful and functional space for all residents to enjoy.

Sales for Ponce Park Residences are set to launch in the summer of 2024.
