Aston Martin Residences Miami Exceeds 90% in Sales Breaking Records in January and February 2022
Developers for Aston Martin Residences Miami recently announced that sales continue to climb and there seems to be no stopping the upward direction of unit prices. Sales for this new tower have surpassed 90%, beating its own records for both January and February 2022.
According to Alejandro Aljanati, CMO of G&G Business Developments, the business behind the project in partnership with premium brand Aston Martin, January and February 2022 combined completed over $100 million in sales. There are more under contract leaving less than 40 units available for much anticipated luxury tower.
According to Aljanati with the tower 90% sold, “This is called scarcity and rarity. There’s no inventory. The whole building is increasing prices. So even if you bought an apartment six months ago, you will make a very good profit.”
The tower’s penthouse, which is the only triplex penthouse in an Aston Martin structure, has boosted its asking price from $50 million to $59 million as a result of the increasing demand. The purchase still includes the extremely rare Aston Martin Vulcan.

Aston Martin Residences is nearing the top off of the 66-story ultra-luxury tower located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Situated in Downtown Miami, this remarkable tower will be one of the Miami skyline’s most unique towers. Designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados with Revuelta Architecture International, the 816-foot tall sail-shaped skyscraper will vertically span 1.9 million square feet making it the 2nd tallest tower in Miami.
With Miami-based developer G&G Business Developments and the general contractor as Coastal Construction, the tower is progressing quickly. In October, the tower had already reached the 63rd floor. Now construction is at the 65th floor with netting taking the place of the floor-to-ceiling windows that will eventually be installed.
Vegetation is currently appearing on the pool deck located on the 55th floor as well. We are also seeing contractors carrying large sheets of floor-to-ceiling glass windows and installing them on the 52nd floor. The construction has reached the 49th floor and has almost reached the height of Epic Residences which is directly west of the tower. It has also cleared the Met 1 tower which is directly east of Aston Martin Residences.
Although the tower will be larger than proposed, it will still have its amazing features with 391 residences with studio to 4 bedroom unit options. Floor 56 and above are dedicated to the penthouse units with panoramic views and their own private pools. The building will also feature a full-service marina which will accommodate super yachts!
Although the building size has changed, there has been no official update on when the project will be completed. As it stands, construction is expected to be complete in 2022. We will update this article once we receive more information on this luxury condominium tower!
Aston Martin Residences Announces Construction Start Date; Releases Video Preview
Staying true to their word that construction will begin this fall, Aston Martin Residences has announced that the actual date will be October 18. A notice of commencement was filed August 10 to begin construction, despite the fact that their $10 million sales gallery just opened on the build site in June.
In conjunction with the announcement that construction is set to begin, the developer has also released a teaser video, highlighting the level of service and quality of finishes that owners will experience once the building is complete in 2022.
Residences will range from 1-5 bedrooms, including duplexes, penthouses and a triplex penthouse. The edifice will have unparalleled amenities and services include Sky Amenities, which is 42,275 sf of amenities divided into four floors (52-55), connected by an elegant glass staircase.
