Developers for Residences by Armani Casa Report $1 Billion Sellout
Residences by Armani/Casa has set a new record for condo sales in Sunny Isles Beach. With nearly $1 billion in sales, Residences by Armani/Casa has nearly sold out of the luxury condos, which is significantly more than any other new construction tower in Sunny Isles Beach.
Located at 18975 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, this 60-story project was completed in late 2019 just before the COVID pandemic shut down travel and events, which also delayed some of the sales/closings for the new development.
According to the President of Dezer Development (Developer for Residences by Armani/Casa), the building was 85% sold when they first started sales in February 2020 but sales got stagnant and the development was selling around 1 unit a month during the pandemic. The sales began to increase once Florida started to open up.
More recently, two penthouses sold in this tower with one at $7 million and the other at $9 million. Among the buyers include Radamel Falcao (Colombian professional soccer player).

Residences by Armani Casa – a Design Collaboration Between Giorgio Armani and Cesar Pelli – Deserves a Curtain Call
Last week, I visited the recently completed Residences by Armani Casa and was thoroughly impressed by its design, quality, and views. As you will see from the photos below, Residences by Armani Casa, with its well-celebrated cast, is a head-turner deserving of a curtain call. Delivered this past December, the 56-story skyscraper was co-developed by Dezer Development and Related Group and co-designed by world-renowned architect César Pelli and iconic fashion designer Giorgio Armani. Pelli designed the tower itself and its floor plans while Armani handled the design of the building’s common area spaces. As if that collaboration weren’t enough, acclaimed landscape architect Enzo Enea added the finishing touches with a well-manicured design of the building’s pool deck and grounds.
The Tower – Designed by César Pelli
Residences by Armani Casa is a 649-foot, all-glass tower located in Sunny Isles Beach at 18975 Collins Avenue. It was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, an architecture firm founded by the late César Pelli. Pelli, an Argentine architect who died last year at the age of 92, is best remembered for designing the iconic Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur and the World Financial Center in New York City. To Miamians, he is perhaps better known for designing the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Downtown Miami.
As you will see from the photos above and below, Residences by Armani Casa is angled in such a way as to best capture the breathtaking vistas which surround it. The tower offers majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and city skyline. Residences by Armani Casa is capped off by two duplex penthouses, each with over 5,600 interior square feet plus a rooftop terrace with a private pool and summer kitchen. Non-penthouse residences have 10-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and 10-foot deep balconies with glass railings.
Residences by Armani Casa has 308 condo residences comprised of two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences plus two penthouse residences, each with five bedrooms. The kitchens are outfitted with Armani Dada designed cabinetry, best-in-class appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero, Armani Roca designed sinks and faucets, and elegant imported stone countertops and glass backsplashes while the master baths feature marble stone floors and walls, full-stone-cladded vanity and stone countertops, a high-performance Toto Neorest toilet with integrated bidget technology, and a spa-inspired shower with Armani Roca wall-mounted handheld spray and large rain shower. In a subsequent post, I will share photos of a jaw-dropping four-bedroom model unit that was designed by Artefacto.
The Amenities and Common Area Spaces – Designed by Giorgio Armani
Lobby Reception Desk
The amenities and common area spaces at Residences by Armani Casa were designed by Giorgio Armani’s interior design studio Armani/Casa. Although Residences by Armani Casa is the studio’s first project in the United States, in the Eastern Hemisphere, Armani/Casa is well-reputed for its design of the Armani Hotels in Milan and Dubai. Clad in gold, green, and bronze tones, the common areas spaces at Residences by Armani Casa are a welcome change from the sterile, all-white decors for which Miami is all but known. Combined with Armani’s high attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship, the rich colors create an atmosphere of dignified opulence.
The amenities at Residences by Armani include an oceanfront terrace with infinity-edge swimming pool, hot tub, and poolside food and beverage service; a state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; a yoga studio with Pilates equipment; a private restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and in-residence delivery; a two-story spa with indoor and outdoor treatment rooms, beauty salon, and his and hers sauna and steam room; a coffee bar; a cigar room; a temperature- and humidity-controlled wine cellar; a game room with pool table; a children’s playroom; and full-service concierge. Additionally, residents of the building enjoy beach amenities, including food and beverage service, towels, and chaise lounges.
