The Crosby Miami Worldcenter is a new construction tower developed by The Related Group and Merrimac Ventures in a joint collaboration. The Crosby features 451 fully furnished and finished luxury residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom floor plans with no rental restrictions. All residences come equipped with furniture curated by AvroKo, 9-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a balcony with every residence, and finished interior and exterior flooring.  Additionally, the gourmet custom kitchen features Italian cabinetry, Bosch appliances, including paneled refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, built-in convection oven/microwave, and cooktop.
