New interior renderings of The St. Regis Residences Miami have just been revealed. The Residences, which will be situated in the upscale South Brickell district, will tower 50 floors above the waterfront of South Brickell and provide a distinctive experience and design to the St. Regis brand.

The skyscraper was meticulously cultivated and maintained by a visionary team, including architecture by the prestigious Robert A.M. Stern Architects and interiors by the famous Rockwell Group. It was developed by Related Group along with Integra Investments.

All 152 of the units have access to more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as magnificent views of the water and other world-class amenities.

A new tower with a unique design was just announced in Brickell. The pre-application has just been submitted to Miami-Dade planners for the project Calle 8. Millennium Developments of Brickell, LLC is mentioned as the developer for this development.

The application states 464 residential units with studio to 3 bedroom floor plans with 1 penthouse available.

Abbhi Capital Breaks Ground on 2 Million Square Foot Development at Miami Worldcenter

With a ground-breaking of a 2 million square foot mixed-use development that includes the area’s first significant office building, Abbhi Capital plans to revolutionize Miami Worldcenter.

On September 20th, the city’s Urban Design Review Board will consider the expansive project, which consists of a 59-story residential tower and a 33-story office tower joined by a shared podium with plenty of parking. The property was purchased by SanaProperty8LLC, an affiliate of Abbhi Capital, for a total of $44 million between 2020 and 2021. It is located at 1001 N.E. First Ave. The development will have 1,319 spacious parking places, 7109 square feet of retail and dining space, 368,362 square feet of available commercial space, and 558 residential units.

An amenities deck including a pool, jacuzzi, pickleball courts, fitness center, coworking spaces, media room, and even a dog grooming station will be available to residents and renters on the 12th level. The construction intends to accommodate a variety of lifestyles with the majority of residential apartments beginning on the second floor and ranging from small 570-square-foot studios to roomy three-bedroom residences covering 1,562 square feet.

Ten city blocks make up Miami Worldcenter, which is next to Museum Park, which is home to the Frost Museum of Science and Pérez Art Museum Miami, as well as the FTX Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College. Miami Freedom Park development has officially started construction, with the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled to take place later this year. The Miami Freedom Park development will include the Inter Miami CF stadium, a 58-acre public park, and an entertainment zone spreading over 131 acres with a 25,000-seat soccer-specific stadium at 1802 Northwest 37th Avenue in Grapeland Heights, Miami.

A 58-acre public park, the largest new park in Miami, youth athletic fields, a full range of entertainment and commercial offerings, including office space, a hotel, shops, restaurants, and additional experiences and attractions are all included in the privately funded recreational project.

A construction crew is currently working on-site in preparation for vertical construction. Miami Freedom Park’s first phase will advance quickly during this multi-phase project. Both the rehabilitation proposal for the former Melreese Country Club and the lease for Miami Freedom Park have previously received approval from the City of Miami Commission and the general public.

In order to improve this iconic new destination for Miami, leasing and commercial partnership efforts are being made to entice best-in-class partners, tenants, and retailers, including existing and developing brands and companies.

At the beginning of the year, Inter Miami CF ownership hired Devon McCorkle, a seasoned megaproject and sports-anchored real estate investment and development veteran, to head the initiative as President of Miami Freedom Park. For Miami Freedom Park to reach this milestone and advance the project into the execution phase once it has finished the planning and approvals phase, Devon has further assembled a team of best-in-class design, engineering, project management, and construction firms.

Miami Freedom Park will bring further retail, hotel, and commercial phases through 2030 when the stadium is delivered in 2025, along with the initial retail and entertainment services.

Demolition Permit Filed for Mohawk at Wynwood

Mohawk at Wynwood’s developers file for demolition permit along with updated plans in an effort to quickly begin site preparation for the mixed-use project

The plans for Mohawk now include 35 more units totaling 260 residential units, 20 of which will be two-story lofts. There will also be 335 parking spaces, 1,500 square feet of retail space, and 31,000 square feet of private offices as additional additions. Electric vehicles will receive a 25% allocation.

Mohawk’s design brings the edginess of local artist’s murals and modern steel framing to create a master piece that targets young entrepreneurs.

Both projects were created by Rilea Group. Jaxi Builders is in charge of demolishing Mohawk in Wynwood, and DeForma Studio is in charge of the design. The exterior of Mohawk at Wynwood will emulate metal-accented Chicago brick facades. Mohawk in Wynwood is located at 50 N.E. 29th Street, Miami, Florida 33137.

The construction application was just submitted to Miami’s Planning Department for a site work permit for The Residences 1428 Brickell.

The application includes a building permit for site work in the category of excavation, piling, site work, and soil work was made to Miami’s Building Department. According to building department records, demolition permission for a 10-story office structure on the property is all but authorized and just needs proof that the electricity has been turned off.

The application for a second permission to build the new tower vertically was made in March and is still being reviewed. The contractor is listed as John Moriarty.

At 861 feet above the ground, the tower will rank among Miami’s highest structures. According to the developer, it will also be the first residential high-rise in the world with 500 photovoltaic-integrated windows that are partially powered by the sun.

With architecture by Arquitectonica, the building is being designed by ACPV Architects, under the direction of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel. Ytech is the developer.

The Crosby Miami Worldcenter, a future 33-story mixed-use building situated within Miami Worldcenter at 601 North Miami Avenue in downtown Miami, has recently received a construction permit from Miami’s Building Department. The 376-foot-tall building will include 450 units that can accommodate short-term rentals, more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, and 3,370 square feet of retail space.

Designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects, with interiors imagined by Avro|KO, and developed by DT G Block LLC, a joint venture between Related Group and Merrimac Ventures.

The vertical construction permit was issued on August 7th and states the anticipated gross square footage is 394,240. The construction expenses are around $68.4 million.
