Here, Bernerd employed materials including Italian walnut, European white oak, and honed white marble with a subdued color scheme. With its high-end highlights and designer touches for occupants who are decor-conscious, the light-filled penthouse has the air of a five-star resort. Additionally, each room has a private terrace area and an en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub.

Penthouse West is known for its indoor-outdoor lifestyle, and in addition to the various outside terraces, there is also a private, manicured rooftop. The landscapes featured in the facilities of the property and the garden in the penthouse were both designed by Gustafson Porter + Bowman, the same company in charge of the landscaping around the Eiffel Tower. The Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami’s 5-star luxury penthouse, which will grow to be the largest in the country and sit atop Miami’s first supertall tower, has been sold for an undisclosed sum. The tallest residential building south of Manhattan will be the five-story, 33,000+ square foot “Mansion in the Sky.”

For the future of real estate in Downtown Miami, the transaction represents a fortunate start. The unidentified client was looking for an upscale residence, and together with the development team, they created what will serve as the pinnacle of the buyer’s individual real estate portfolio as well as the Miami skyline.

Upon completion, this unique penthouse suspended 1,050 feet in the air, will occupy the top five floors of the skyscraper and provide unmatched vistas in every direction. The home will be just under 34,000 square feet in size and have 10 bedrooms, 11 and a half bathrooms, and ceiling heights of up to 25 feet.

A wall-street-style trading room, safe room, billiards area, private movie theater, screening room with two 90-inch theater screens, three wine cellars, full-scale bar, wellness center with cutting-edge equipment, massage rooms, infrared sauna, and a 20-car garage to house the owner’s extensive car collection are just a few of the extravagant amenities it will feature.

The sole usage of the tower’s private roof deck belongs to the mega-penthouse. Three cabanas, a huge pool, a swim-up tiki bar, an outdoor gym, and a multi-use court for racquetball, pickleball, and basketball are all located on the roof. Other features are currently being finished for the owner.

In order to develop an iconic edifice in Downtown Miami that offers 360-degree views of Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Atlantic Ocean, Sieger Suarez Architects and famous architect Carlos Ott collaborated.

Additionally, the developers collaborated with award-winning interior design company BAMO, which takes pride in designing enticing surroundings that flow, function, and inspire individuals to live and dream more completely. Along with guest rooms and suites inside the five-star hotel, the resort will have 360 private houses. Peacock Alley, a specialty restaurant, indoor/outdoor pre-function and event spaces, conference and boardrooms, a resort-style pool deck with private cabanas, a spa, and a fitness facility will all be considered signature areas.

For $16.66 million, a penthouse at Miami Beach’s beachfront Beach House 8 condo sold to an LLC managed by Greg Raiff of Fort Lauderdale.

The 4,642-square-foot Unit PH at 3651 Collins Ave. was sold by Beach House 8 BH3 LLC, run by Ricardo Ribeiro Da Silva Junior in Miami, to ULA House 8 LLC, ran by Raiff. Private Jet Services Group’s owner, Elevate Aviation Group, based in Boston, is led by Raiff.

In 2016, the same year that the tower was completed, the unit sold for $14 million. For the sell price of $16.66 million, it equates to $3,589 per square foot.

This magnificent 2 full-floor penthouse overlooks the ocean expanding 5,000 square feet with an additional 5,000 square feet of outdoor space with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One Thousand Museum Tower Faces Foreclosure Due to Unpaid Loan

Designed by the late starchitect Zaha Hadid, One Thousand Museum is a luxury condo tower located in Miami’s Park West neighborhood. As reported by The Real Deal, the developers of it are facing foreclosure due to an unpaid loan of $82.7 million.

According to FinTech Zoom, the court filings include the Motoconb Estates, LTD., agent for David and Simon Reuben (Reuben Brothers), are seeking to overtake the remaining 15 units from the tower.

The Principal investor is Gilberto Bomeny and the co-developer is Louis Birdman. Caught by surprise, Birdman recently stated, “This action by our current lender was completely unexpected, as they are well aware that our sales team had a record-breaking year of sales, and that we are preparing to pay off the construction loan this month. We remain focused on the successful sellout of our limited number of remaining residences at One Thousand Museum during the course of this year.”

FinTech Zoom also reported that the Reuben Brothers are among some of Britain’s wealthiest families but are not well known in South Florida. This year alone, they purchased Kyu restaurant in Wynwood and a few additional properties in South Florida. They also acquired the One Thousand Museum loans in February 2021.

According to Birdman, “We are in the process of raising prices. The building is performing better than ever.” In the past year, over $100 million in units have sold as well as $35 million in quarter 1 of 2021.

Notables that currently reside at One-Thousand Museum include David and Victoria Beckham and French national team soccer player Paul Pogba.
