New Interior Renderings Released for Bentley Residences
As if Bentley Residences hasn’t already been the talk around Miami as far as new developments go, the developer just released new interior renderings that show what Bentley luxury is all about. The newest interior renderings include just a sneak peak into the lobby, an upper lounge area, a restaurant, gym and much more.
Last month, Bentley began sales and announced that they were expected a $1.2 billion sellout. We are still waiting on the numbers from their sales team but we do know the team is finishing up the final touches on the $10 million oceanfront sales center.
Both the sales center and Bentley site are located in Sunny Isles Beach and once officially opened, potential buyers will be able to see a full model unit.
Bentley Residences will be located at 18401 Collins Avenue and will be considered the world’s first Bentley-branded residential building. The tower will rise 60 stories and feature what only the Bentley brand can offer.
Featuring 216 fully finished units, each condo will showcase open indoor-outdoor floorplans, an in-unit garage with car elevator, private balcony, sauna, floor to ceilings windows, and a pool. These units begin at $4.2 million.

Dezer Development Plans to Launch Sales for Bentley Residences this Month
Following the completion of the $10 million oceanfront sales center, Dezer Development plans to begin sales of Bentley Residences this year. The sales center and site located in Sunny Isles Beach features a full model unit for potential buyers.
Bentley Residences will be located at 18401 Collins Avenue and will be considered the world’s first Bentley-branded residential building. According to the Developer, once sales launch, they plan for a $1.2 billion sellout.
Seeking to capitalize on the region’s high demand for residential real estate, developers have been hurrying to begin sales of new condo buildings around South Florida. This was one of the driving factors to get the sales launched for Bentley Residences
Dezer plans to open the sales center in two phases, one at the end of January 2022 and the second phase in March 2022. The 12,000-square-foot sales center, which will be built on the site of the former Armani/Casa Residences sales gallery, at 18325 Collins Avenue, will contain a 6,000-square-foot model of a Bentley unit, a broker’s lounge, and a theater for presentations.
According to a press release, a life-sized Bentley sculpture will be displayed outside of the sales gallery before being relocated to the Bentley Residences site after completion of the tower.
The project itself will rise 60 stories tall at 749 feet. The tower will feature 216 luxury condos with in-unit garages and some units showcasing large pools on the balconies. Pricing for units will range from $3.9 million to $6 million for water-facing units. Ocean-facing units will range from $5.5 million to $7.5 million while penthouses will be in the $20 million range.
Units on the east side will have four-car garages, while those on the west side will have three-car garages. With its patterned glass, the Sunny Isles structure will be “unmistakably Bentley,” according to Dezer.
Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the 3.6-acre property will feature a gym, pool, spa, theater, restaurant, lounge, bar, cabanas, and gardens.
Construction is set to begin in summer 2022 with completion in 2026.
Bentley Residences Unveils New Renderings and More
Bentley…the name alone is enough to make you think of exclusivity, luxury, and performance. Mix that in with high-end luxury development and you have a world-class residential tower that offers more than a living space, but an experience.
Bentley Motors has partnered with Dezer Development to bring residents the very best of the iconic brand by incorporating everything that a 5-star hotel has to offer without the continuing cycle of guests.
Dezer and architect Sieger Saurez spent several months perfecting the exterior diamond-shaped design. Dezer adds, “When we developed plans for the Bentley, we immediately thought of the triangular windows… It’s going to be a diamond that they can see all the way from Cuba when the sun hits on it. It’s going to be amazing. ” He adds, “we’re going to have a hard time outdoing ourselves.” Just from the renderings, we couldn’t agree more!
On September 14th, Dezer met with the City Commission to consider expanding the original site plan as well as reviewing additional transfer of development requests. The expansion would increase the square footage of the building to 616,185 square feet rising 62 stories (instead of the original 60). Two hundred and sixteen condos would along with 821 parking spaces are anticipated.
The most unique concept of Bentley Residences will be the car elevators that lift your car to your condo (very similar to the Porsche Design Tower) or as Dezer refers to it “Dezervator.”

Construction on Bentley Residences will begin in 2023 with an unveiling in 2026. “These buildings are complicated; they take time,” says Charles M. Sieger, President of Sieger Suarez Architects. “It’s not like working on a single-unit family house. They’re very technical and, at the same time, very artistic. You need some experience doing these things. We worked with Bentley to pick up their esthetic, the way they do their stitching, and diamond-shaped signature visual items,” Sieger adds. With more photos and information being released, we can’t wait to see what else Bentley has in store!
