Andian Group, a Miami-based development firm led by Andres Isaias and Alejandro Diaz Bazan recently purchased a Miami Beach waterfront home for $13.9 million. What a deal for the estate that was originally on Miami Vice.

The property is located at 1415 North View Drive on Sunset Islands. The property itself features 7,748 square feet sitting on 0.6 acres. With 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the contemporary design showcases custom walls, marble flooring, and soaring wood-beamed ceilings.

Skylights and large windows center on the incredible outside views. The home also features a custom bar in the main living area, a gourmet eat-in kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Carrara marble unfolds throughout the bathrooms making the home a luxurious retreat.

The exterior of the home feature an in-ground pool with a fountain, 97 feet of water frontage, and the ability to place a long boat dock.

The home was originally built in 1983 and was utilized from 1984 to 1990 for the filming of the original Miami Vice.

The property records state that the seller is Lions Global Venture out of Miami. Lions Global purchased the home in 2013 for $7.6 million.

The Andian duo plans to renovate and sell the home for profit. They have been very active in Miami Beach and have recently sold a home on the Venetian Islands for $15.1 million.

If sold for the listing price, it will also be the most expensive sale on Star Island in front of a mansion that sold last month for $75 million.

Located at 27 Star Island, this waterfront mansion is sited on 40,000 square footage of east-facing water frontage. The expansive property includes 2 separate homes. The main home showcases 23,737 square feet of living space and was designed by Starchitect SAOTA and was constructed by Coastal.

This property features 6 bedrooms with 12 bathrooms. The most unique amenities of this home include the gym located on the water with a sauna and steam room, cold plunge, massage room, and hair salon. Soundproofing and chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances really makes this place spectacular.

For the wine connoisseur, you can enjoy the 1,400 bottle wine room that overlooks the exquisite kitchen. Enjoy views of the wraparound pool and cabana from the rooftop lounge. There is also a new boat dock and lift.

The second home is located at the front of the lot and enhabits the 20’s era with the 1924 Degarmo home that has been completely restored. The floors are the original but are restored Miami Dade Pine. The property was originally built by Walter De Garmo, a famous Miami architect in the early 1900’s. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

According to the MLS (multiple listing service), this property was rented at $400,000 monthly. No other information was provided. The seller is also unknown.

Former Victoria Secret supermodel, Adriana Lima sold her oceanfront Indian Creek Island mansion for $40 million.

Lima purchased the estate located at 22 Indian Creek Road in 2009 for $9 million and then remodeled the home completely in 2020. The home was originally built in 1958 and features 6,465 square feet of living space.

The old listing photos show the all brick ranch situated on 1.84 acres bayfront. The photos also show a traditional floor plan with wood-paneled walls and the original kitchen. The expansive patio overlooks a large dock and gorgeous ocean views.

The 6,465 square-foot mansion was built in 1958 and might be demolished. According to public records, Lima had the home’s interior remodeled in 2020. Although it was remodeled by Lima, the new buyers may demolish the property.

According to public documents, the trust associated with Lima, a Brazilian model, and former Victoria’s Secret Angel, paid $9 million for the four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion in 2009.

According to the data, both the buyer and the vendor attempted to conceal their identities. Gordon Weiss, the proprietor of the CPA company Weiss & Weiss, manages the sale. Melep International Ltd, a British Virgin Islands company, is named as the buyer. The buyer’s genuine identity is unclear.

Indian Creek Island is a barrier island located in Biscayne Bay and has always attracted the super-wealthy dubbing its name “Billionaire Bunker.” On 294 acres of Island, 41 estates are nestled on the exclusive island surrounding a golf course and country club.

The island is heavily guarded, employing its own professional police force with an armed patrol boat, jeep, and jet-ski, operating 24 hours a day. Record-breaking home sales are commonplace on Indian Creek Island, where extravagance and utmost privilege are the standards.

Madonna’s former home located in Miami was recently traded for $29 million while Queen of Pop originally sold the home in 2000 for $7.5 million.

Sited on 1.14 acres, the waterfront estate is located at 3029 Brickell Avenue just south of the Brickell neighborhood. With just over 8,400 square feet of living space, the mansion features 9 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.

The property was built in 1928 and over the years it has been renovated and expanded for each owner’s needs. With the sub-tropical and Mediterranean style, the home showcases gorgeous stone archways throughout.

We have been seeing a lot of Miami Heat basketball players, as well as former players, sell their Miami homes. Now we can add former center, Meyers Leonard to the list with his recent sale of a Bay Point waterfront home for $10.89 million.

Leonard and his wife, Elle purchase the home in February of this year for $7.78 million. The property is located at 741 Buttonwood Lane features 6,819 square feet of living space sited on 0.43 acres on an interior lot in a canal with direct access to Biscayne Bay.

The modern waterfront with vine-covered loggias surrounding the exterior showcases 7 bedrooms with 8.5 bathrooms. The estate was built in 1996 and was renovated in 2018 to feature high ceilings, Italian cabinetry by Italkraft, oak hardwood floor throughout, and stainless steel appliances. Outdoors, you will find a 2 car garage, entertainment area with custom seating, and a heated pool/spa. The new owners will also enjoy the aluminum deck with a boat lift.

Eduardo Marquez and his wife Gabriela are listed as the buyers for this property. Marquez is the President of Lucky Player Vodka (located in Miami). The mortgage for the buyers was provided by Citibank for $6 million.

Meyers Leonard, originally from Virginia, played high school basketball for 2 years then was drafted into the NBA in 2012. He was a first-round draft pick but 11th overall. He was traded from the Portland Trail Blazers to the Miami Heat in 2020 where he assisted the Heat to reach the NBA Finals for that year. In 2021, he re-signed another contract with Miami but ended up injuring his shoulder in January 2021.

In a recent Instagram post, Leonard stated on his future of the NBA, “I’m simply not healthy enough to play.” He also stated that he is looking forward to 2022 and what is in store for his career and family.

The rental located at 25 Arvida Parkway, was last listed for $22,000 monthly. The waterfront home is located in the gated community of Gables Estates that sides to Biscayne Bay.

The property was built in 1968 and sits on 0.68 acres with 100 feet of Biscayne Bay water frontage. The open concept mid-century home features 7,343 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Marble floors span throughout opening to floor-to-ceiling windows.

What makes this home so spectacular is the 2 grand living rooms, a formal dining room, and the spacious chef’s kitchen. The home also features a 3 car garage, a deck, pool, dock with a boat lift. The seawall has also been recently replaced. According to the listing, there is an application fee of $35,000 as well as acceptance by the community club.

The estimated worth of the home is listed at $30 million.

Tucker began playing ball in college for the Texas Longhorns. Some major accomplishments include his 2008 Israeli Basketball Premier League MVP and his Israeli Super League. This year, Tucker also won an NBA Championship with the Milwaukee Bucks.

The 16,619-square-foot mansion located at 8 Star Island Drive was sold by Dr. Lourdes R. Sanjenis, an internist in Miami. In 2013, Sanjenis inherited the home from Modesto M. Mora, who originally built the home in 1993.

Sitting on 1.84 acres, the home features 9 bedrooms, 8 full bathrooms, and 3 half bathroom. The mansion showcases over 20,000 square feet of luxury. Throughout the home, touches of Mediterranean and Caribbean architecture is evident.

Amenities include a beautiful pool overlooking the gorgeous manicured yard and an expansive dock with Port of Miami and Miami skyline views. The property also features an elevator and a commercial generator.

Alex Rodriguez is at again! In another recent investment move in Miami, A-Rod and associates recently sold a waterfront home as a flip for $6.3 million. The property is located in the Bay Point neighborhood of Miami.

Rodriguez and his partners purchased the property in March 2021 for $5.5 million without doing any renovations or redevelopments for the property. This isn’t the first time A-Rod has made headway in Miami. In October 2021, A-Rod has invested in the Grand Station apartment tower as well as the South Beach Hotel in August 2021.

This current waterfront property located at 4425 Island Road in the heart of the Design District was originally built in 1962 along a lagoon leading to Biscayne Bay. The home features 3,107 square feet of living space sited on over 15,000 square feet of water frontage.

The property features a traditional floor plan with tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen showcases an expansive island with white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The property features an in-ground pool, bbq area, and lush landscaping. The current listing states that the property is good for a new build or the renovate the existing home. The buyers for this property plan on redeveloping it for their needs.

Over the past year, prices for Bay Point have increased especially with waterfront homes. Although these prices are much lower for the surrounding areas, A-Rob and his associates made a profit on this investment.

Cincinnati Businessman Sells Miami Beach Mansion 6 Months after Purchasing Property

Cincinnati businessman, Josh Lehman recently sold his Miami Beach Mansion for $17.5 million. The waterfront mansion located on Hibiscus Island was sold 6 months after Lehman first purchased for a profit.

The buyer listed as Top Hibiscus LLC, an entity managed by Jose Carlos Pontes. Pontes is the head of Grupo Marquise a Brazilian-based construction company.

The mansion last sold for $15.5 million in May 2021 closing at a $2,850 per square foot. The current price closes close to $3,219 per square foot. The property was purchased with cash.

The property itself located at 160 S. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms totaling 5,427 square feet of living space. Upon entering, you immediately notice the tall ceilings, floating staircase, and the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead to the exquisite back yard.

The waterfront mansion also features an Ornare custom kitchen, bar, spacious master suite with marble bath and Mia Cucina his/her closets. The exterior is complete with a rooftop deck, infinity edged pool with views of Biscayne Bay, outdoor bbq, and a 2 car garage.

New Waterfront Condo Development Proposed in Edgewater

The same developers that brought you One Thousand Museum are proposing a new waterfront luxury condo development in the Edgewater neighborhood. Receiving its name from its street address, 710 N.E. 29th Street, 729 Edge will sit on 0.47 acres along Biscayne Bay.

The five parcels that the developers have planned for this project are currently under contract and they also plan to buy out Harbor 29 condominiums for this development as well.

The project itself would expand 342,848 square feet rising 58 stories tall. There would be a proposed 70 luxury units with three to five-bedroom options. The breakdown of the units would be one to two units per floor. Full floor units would expand a total of 6,174 square feet. 729 Edge would also feature 2 penthouses-styled townhomes spanning two floors.

The parking garage would rise 9 stories featuring 160 spaces. The garage is planned to be developed on 483, 485, 501, and 530 N.E. 29th Street totaling 0.41 acres. These lots are also under contract with the developers.

There would also be 13,037 square feet of commercial space between two buildings with a restaurant on the lower level of the condo tower.

Zaha Hadid with ODP Architecture & Design was the mastermind behind the design of One Thousand Museum. For 729 Edge, ODP will be the architecture and will feature some similar elements to Hadid’s designs.

Amenities will be similar to those of One Thousand Museum.
