As of now, the permit status is “work in progress.”
848 Brickell promises to be a major addition to Miami’s Financial District, providing over 750,000 square feet of premium office space and 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Additionally, it will include on-site parking facilities for more than 1,000 vehicles.
