Vizcayne South is one of two twin, 49-story condo towers comprising the Vizcayne Miami mixed-use development located in Downtown Miami. Completed in 2009, Vizcayne South has 449 total units comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses (see Vizcayne South floor plans). It offers fabulous views of the city and bay. Vizcayne Miami was developed by Cabi Developers and originally named Everglades on the Bay.
