DO NOT MOVE HERE – we have lived here for 3 years and we’re counting down the days until our lease is over. We had both of our bikes stolen from the garage when they were double locked and management didn’t even blink an eye. Additionally, the building has storage lockers for each resident and they accidentally moved all our stuff out and the employees STOLE the good stuff while leaving the rest in a storage closet. You know what Management did? Asked if we had receipts for all of our stuff. Because who keeps receipts for everything they put in their storage unit right?? So as a “solution” they offered us $200 cash and asked we sign an agreement so we can’t pursue this legally anymore. Seriously, do not move here. No point in paying their luxury prices when you’re constantly in fear your things will get stolen. POOR MANAGEMENT.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management is awful! The board treats tenants very poorly. Elevators are constantly being repaired, trash chutes are never working properly. There are rules for owners and rules for tenants, no one is treated equally or with respect. Pools have black mold, the cabanas are in very poor shape, it’s more comfortable to sit on concrete floor. AC is down at least twice a year. Management constantly sending passive aggressive “friendly reminders” The employees-front desk, security, door men, receiving, are good people, lots of them complain about managent and their lack of leadership, and professionalism. Not worth the amount of money. The location is luxury, nothing about this property is luxury. No hospitality. Feels very communist with how they treat residents. AVOID Vizcayne!!!
