Vizcayne North

Vizcayne North is one of two towers comprising the Vizcayne Miami mixed-use development in Downtown Miami. Originally named Everglades on the Bay, Vizcayne Miami was completed in 2009. Vizcayne North has 409 condo residences with studio to three-bedroom floor plans (see Vizcayne North floor plans). The building was developed by Cabi Developers and designed by renowned architecture firm Fullerton Diaz Architects.
