The Bond on Brickell is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence to have no more than two (2) pets, with a total combined weight of 70 pounds. Prior to move-in, residents who have a pet must pay a $100 non-refundable fee to the condo association.
No lease can be less than 30 days.
Water, sewer and trash removal and basic cable, internet and phone from Hotwire Communications are included in the condominium association dues.

The Bond on Brickell (also known as The Bond at 1080 Brickell) is a 44-story luxury condominium building located in Brickell Miami. Completed in 2016, The Bond on Brickell was developed by MDR and Rilea Group and designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates while the lobby and common area spaces at The Bond were designed by Loguer with a British-themed photography collection by Terry O’Neill and art by Tatiana Blanco. The Bond on Brickell has 328 condo residences with studio to three-bedroom floor plans along with bi-level lofts and two-story penthouses (see The Bond on Brickell floorplans). The apartments at The Bond on Brickell feature 9-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows (12-foot-high in penthouse residences), spacious walk-in closets, Bosch appliances, spacious balconies, and European-style cabinetry with Silestone countertops.
Residents of The Bond on Brickell enjoy a number of upscale amenities, including a sundeck with lush landscaping and a waterfall, a zero-edge lap pool, poolside cabanas, an outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue area. On that same amenities level, the building also has a fitness center, a business center, a children’s playroom, a clubroom, and The Parliament Lounge with a screening room and AirPlay area. Lastly, The Bond on Brickell offers valet parking and concierge services.
