    This building is a hidden gem in the Brickell area…Maintenance and staff, the best.
    A Brickell address at only few steps from the Mary Brickell eateries and the posh Brickell City Center mall.
    Competes with all of the other big name buildings par to par.
    Buying or renting at The Bond is a no brainer.

    Lived here since opened up in 2016 and I wouldn’t change it for any other in the Brickell area. Well maintained, great staff

    LOVE this building…I have a fantastic Bay view from a high floor…I was planning to move within the Brickell area but after looking around realized that I am at a great place…I am staying for sure…
