St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach is a new pre-construction development featuring twin towers at 18801 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Co-developed by Fortune International Group and Chateau Group, St. Regis Residences Sunny Isles Beach will feature two towers, each rising 62 stories. The South tower will feature 170 St. Regis-branded luxury residences ranging in size from 2,000 to 5,700 square feet and Sky Villas and penthouses from 6,600 to over 10,000 square feet.
