Shoma Bay Condos is a pre-construction condominium building designed by MSA Architects and developed by the Shoma Group with interiors by Adriana Hoyos. Rising 21 stories, Shoma Bay Condos in North Bay Village will have 333 condo residences comprised of studios to 3-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 350 to 1,500 interior square feet. Located at 1850 John F Kennedy Cswy, the units at Shoma Bay Condos will feature fully finished with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Shoma Bay Condos will offer views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
 
Residents of Shoma Bay will enjoy a number of wonderful amenities, including a lounge, bar, spa, gym, pool deck, library, and kids’ club among the amenities. A 2,600-square-foot co-working area and electric vehicle charging stations will also be included in the structure at Shoma Bay.
 
The completion date for Shoma Bay is slated for 2025.
