City 24 is a pet-friendly condo development for owners and tenants. The pet policy permits each residence to have no more than two (2) pets, with a combined total weight of 25 pounds. There is no pet fee.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of three (3) times per year.
The condo dues at City 24 cover basic cable TV, water, sewer, trash removal, and use of all building amenities.

City 24 is located at 350 NE 24th Street in Edgewater Miami. Developed by Pan Terra Developments and designed by Revuelta Vega Leon Architects, City 24 rises 15 floors and includes 119 condo residences comprised of 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 659 to 1,360 interior square feet plus balcony (see City 24 floor plans). City 24 was completed in 2007. The units include floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious walk-in closets, European custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.
