Brickell on the River South

Brickell on the River South is the second of two towers that were designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa and Associates and developed by Groupe Pacific International. Completed in 2006, Brickell on the River South has 327 condo residences with one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 799 to 1,339 interior square feet (see Brickell on the River South floor plans). The apartments at Brickell on the River South are all bi-level, loft-style residences featuring double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, European-style cabinetry, and a private balcony.
