Vizcayne South is one of two twin, 49-story condo towers comprising the Vizcayne Miami mixed-use development located in Downtown Miami. Completed in 2009, Vizcayne South has 449 total units comprised of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses (see Vizcayne South floor plans). It offers fabulous views of the city and bay. Vizcayne Miami was developed by Cabi Developers and originally named Everglades on the Bay. The development was designed by renowned architecture firm Fullerton Diaz Architects.

DO NOT MOVE HERE – we have lived here for 3 years and we’re counting down the days until our lease is over. We had both of our bikes stolen from the garage when they were double locked and management didn’t even blink an eye. Additionally, the building has storage lockers for each resident and they accidentally moved all our stuff out and the employees STOLE the good stuff while leaving the rest in a storage closet. You know what Management did? Asked if we had receipts for all of our stuff. Because who keeps receipts for everything they put… Read more »
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management is awful! The board treats tenants very poorly. Elevators are constantly being repaired, trash chutes are never working properly. There are rules for owners and rules for tenants, no one is treated equally or with respect. Pools have black mold, the cabanas are in very poor shape, it’s more comfortable to sit on concrete floor. AC is down at least twice a year. Management constantly sending passive aggressive “friendly reminders” The employees-front desk, security, door men, receiving, are good people, lots of them complain about managent and their lack of leadership, and professionalism.
