Two Tequesta Point is a 38-story, waterfront condominium building located at 808 Brickell Key Drive. Completed in 1998, Two Tequesta Point was designed by J. Scott Architect and developed by Swire Properties. Two Tequesta Point has 285 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans (see Two Tequesta Point floor plans).
