Three Tequesta Point allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits only owners to have no more than one (1) dog or two (2) cats, each with a maximum weight of 25 pounds. There is no pet fee.
Water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
No lease can be less than one (1) year.
