Neo Vertika

Neo Vertika is a 36-story, condominium building located just west of Brickell along the Miami River. Completed in 2006, Neo Vertika was developed by Neo LLC and designed by world-renowned architecture firm Revuelta Vega Leon Architects. Neo Vertika has 443 condo residences plus 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The residences are comprised of bi-level lofts and single-story flats with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans (see Neo Vertika floor plans). The apartments at Neo Vertika feature open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, private balconies, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
