The balance of 5 percent of the total price will be due the day of the auction if you are the highest bidder. Inspections must be conducted prior to bidding.
The information that I found did not disclose if these condos will be sold absolute. I doubt it though because they would have disclosed that right away if they were.
What is the name of the auction company? How can we get more details about this?
Any guess/ idea what the unit at NeoLofts should go for?

There’s currently a 3 bedroom short-sale at Vue at Brickell listed for $423,500. It hasn’t moved. I think the 3 bedroom up for auction will go for around $355,000.
How can we register for the auction? Is there a deadline? How about inspecting the units?
