Baltus house allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. Owners are permitted to have no more than two (2) pets. There are no weight restrictions. Prior to move-in, residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet to the condo association.
Basic cable and internet (Hotwire), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of three (3) times per year. No lease can be less than thirty one (31) days.
The fitness center, swimming pool and club room are located on the 7th floor. The jacuzzi and barbecue area are located on the rooftop terrace.

Baltus House is a 17-story condominium building located just blocks from the Miami Design District.
