Aria Reserve

Aria Reserve (formerly called Island Bay) is a 60-story twin condominium development located in Miami, Florida. Construction of Aria Reserve is expected to begin in early 2022 and is slated to be completed in 2025. The project is being developed by the Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica. Aria Reserve will have 792 units and will feature open floor plans with state-of-the-art kitchens and custom bathrooms.

Aria Reserve will be located at 710 NE 24th Street in the Edgewater neighborhood. Its location places residents of Aria Reserve within walking distance of Elysee Miami, Biscayne 21, and Star Lofts. By car, Aria Reserve is 10 minutes from downtown Miami, 17 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 9 minutes from the American Airlines Arena.
