It was a perfectly gorgeous afternoon in South Florida today. I thought I’d share with everyone a few pictures that I shot from a condo on the 12th floor at One Bal Harbour this afternoon.

If you’re a boat lover then you’ll have plenty of opportunities to gaze at beautiful boats zipping by through the Bal Harbour inlet.

Lucas maybe we can have lunch on my yacht.Very nice pic’s.
It looks a bit odd to me – the last photo. I think it would have looked better if the balcony was same depth on both sides of that pillar.
Is that what they mean by ‘designer ready’? Imagine spending millions for that great unit and view and showing up to see a floor that looks that way.

At One Bal Harbour and other properties at that level buyers want “their” style and finishes, not what the neighbor has. It is not uncommon for those same owners to close on a unit and the next day go in an demolish the brand new kitchen and bath, change doors and move walls.
Agreed… I’d much rather have a bare concrete floor rather than have to jackhammer up some other flooring that I didn’t want. You know how big of a mess that makes?
Regarding the unit – very nice. I’ve always liked an inlet view. I think it’s for the same reason those condos on the Government Cut in South Beach are so desirable: you get to see a lot of activity off your balcony.
Is this the one that your client closed on yesterday?
forget about the pics—what are the fees and is anybody unloading
when they do, you’re the man i’m calling Lucas
yesterday WAS a beautiful day here in Miami, and thats one place I’d like to be on a day like this. sitting in that balcony have some mimosas and enjoying the breeze.
Nice, but I prefer to have a partial city view combined with ocean or bay. A lot more to see…
