Downtown Miami Condos and Neighborhood Guide

When it comes to Miami neighborhoods, Downtown Miami, in my opinion, has the most upside potential.  A number of very exciting developments have been announced for this area.  The most exciting of which is Miami Worldcenter, a massive mixed-use development which will encompass 20 acres and include exceptional retail, restaurant, entertainment, hotel, residential and commercial offerings.  Miami Worldcenter will be located directly behind Marina Blue, 900 Biscayne Bay, Marquis Residences and Ten Museum Park.  Another element of this neighborhood that is very exciting is Museum Park, which will include a science museum, art museum and large park with green space.  The Perez Art Musuem Miami (PAMM) opened in December 2013 and has received rave reviews.  The Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science and completion of the park is scheduled for 2014.  A proposal for a 1000 feet tall observation tower called Skyrise Miami was recently submitted to the city of Miami for approval.  It would be the second tallest observation tower in the United States and would include a restaurant, nightclub, ballroom and private lounge.  Another big selling point of this neighborhood is that it is centrally located in Miami and has easy access to the highway to get you to the airport and various popular South Florida destinations quickly.
