]]> UNA Residences is a luxury waterfront condo development located in South Brickell at 175 SE 25th Rd. UNA Residences rises 45 floors with 135 luxury units comprised of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom floor plans (see Una Residences floor plans). The architect is the award-winning firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (AS+GG), and the landscape architect is Enzo Enea. The interiors and common areas of Una Residences were designed by AS+GG.
 
Amenities at Una Residences include a private marina, bayfront pool, outdoor lap pool, Jacuzzi, family pool, movie theater, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa with steam and sauna, party room, catering kitchen, and more. Una has three levels of underground parking.
 
Each residence at UNA Brickell features a private elevator entry, a chef’s kitchen, master suites with separate his-and-hers closets and bathrooms, expansive terraces, and high-efficiency floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Floors 15, 16, 17, 18, and 37 have 13-foot high ceilings, while all other floors at Una Brickell have 11-foot-high ceilings.
