The Waverly at South Beach is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence no more than two (2) pets, each with a maximum weight of 25 pounds. Prior to move-in, residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable fee of $250 to the condo association.
Basic cable and Internet (Atlantic Broadband), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
No lease can be less than six (6) months.
The volleyball court, swimming pool and club room at the Waverly at South Beach are located on the lobby level. The Meditation Garden, tennis court, fitness center, business center and convenience store are located on the fourth floor.

The Waverly at South Beach is located at 1330 West Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Built in 2001, The Waverly South Beach was developed by Athena Karlton and designed by world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica. The Waverly South Beach is a two-tiered condo tower rising 36 floors on the western side and 29 floors on the eastern side. The waterfront development includes 399 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 793 to 1,384 interior square feet (see The Waverly at South Beach floor plans).
