The Edge

The Edge will be designed by local architects Dieguez Friedman Arquitectos & Asociados and Kobi Karp. Edgewater Owner, LLC, a partnership between SB Development and the Hazelton Capital Group, is the company in charge of the project’s development. The Edge is a 37-story project rising 465 feet and will feature 96 residential units that will have 2- and 3-bedroom floor layouts, as well as a 4-bedroom penthouse.

Residents of The Edge will be able to enjoy three levels of amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, 5,373 square foot mezzanine, and an enclosed podium parking garage with 135 parking spaces.

The Edge will be located in Edgewater at 490 NE 29th Street. Its location places residents of The Edge within walking distance of Margaret Pace Park, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and Midtown Miami.  By car, The Edge is 7 minutes from the Miami Design District and Wynwood Miami, 15 minutes from Brickell and South Beach, and 18 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
