The Crimson is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence no more than one (1) pet, with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Currently there are no pet fees upon move-in.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of two (2) times per year. No lease can be less than six (6) months and one (1) day.

The Crimson is a 19-story, waterfront condominium building located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Completed in 2015, The Crimson was developed by MCKafka and designed by architecture firm IDEA. The Crimson has 90 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans plus townhouses and penthouses (see The Crimson floor plans). The apartments at The Crimson feature Italian cabinetry, a Bosch stainless steel appliance package, European fixtures in the kitchen and baths, quartz countertops, high ceilings, a private balcony, and tiled backsplash in the kitchen. The penthouse residences at The Crimson each have a private rooftop terrace with a hot tub.
