The Bath Club allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. There are no weight restrictions. Prior to movie-in, owners who have a pet must pay a $100 a one-time registration fee to the condo association.
Basic cable and internet (DirecTV), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
Owners may rent their units a maximum of two (2) times per year. No lease can be less than six months.
