Space 01

Space 01 is a waterfront building located in North Bay Village. Completed in 2006, Space 01 rises 16 floors and includes 54 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,804 to 1,906 interior square feet. Space 01 was developed by Ben Klein and designed by Chad Oppenheim, an award-winning architect who also designed Ten Museum Park, a loft condominium building located in Downtown Miami.
