Completed in 2018, Paraiso Bay is a 55-story, waterfront condominium building located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Paraiso Bay was developed by Related Group and designed by world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica while the lobby and other common area spaces were designed by Keith Hobbs of United Design Partnership. Lastly, the landscape design of the building’s pool deck and grounds was done by Enzo Enea. Paraiso Bay has 346 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses.  The non-penthouse residences range in size from 919 to 2,246 interior square feet (see Paraiso Bay floor plans).
