Paraiso Bay

Completed in 2018, Paraiso Bay is a 55-story, waterfront condominium building located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Paraiso Bay was developed by Related Group and designed by world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica while the lobby and other common area spaces were designed by Keith Hobbs of United Design Partnership. Lastly, the landscape design of the building’s pool deck and grounds was done by Enzo Enea. Paraiso Bay has 346 condo residences comprised of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans plus penthouses.  The non-penthouse residences range in size from 919 to 2,246 interior square feet (see Paraiso Bay floor plans). The apartments at Paraiso Bay feature private elevator foyers, 9-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows (10-foot-high in the penthouse residences), his and her walk-in closets, an in-unit washer and dryer, and wide private balconies with glass railings. Additionally, the condos at Paraiso Bay offer sweeping views of the water and Miami Beach skyline.

Residents of Paraiso Bay enjoy a laundry-list of amenities, including a 3-acre resort deck loaded with a zero-entry heated swimming pool, an outdoor spa, poolside cabanas, a summer kitchen, a jogging circuit, gardens, and a beautifully landscaped sun terrace. Its location places residents of Paraiso Bay in close proximity to Midtown Miami, the Miami Design District, and Wynwood Miami. Furthermore, by car, Paraiso Bay is 12 minutes from South Beach, 15 minutes from Brickell, and 18 minutes from the Miami International Airport
