One Ocean

One Ocean condos, developed by the Related Group and designed by Enrique Norten, was completed in 2016 and consists of just 50 luxurious condo residences. The development company that brought South Beach its finest condos, including Apogee South Beach, W South Beach, and Murano at Portofino has added One Ocean South Beach to the popular South of Fifth neighborhood. Yabu Pushelburg designed the incredible interior and Enzo Enea created the landscape architecture.
