One Island Place Tower 1 is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and tenants. Each unit is allowed up to two pets that weigh up to fifteen (15) pounds each.
The condo dues at One Island Place Tower 1 cover basic cable TV, high-speed Internet, water, trash removal, pest control, and use of all building amenities.
Owners of units at One Island Place Tower 1 may lease their units up to two (2) times in any twelve (12) month period. The minimum lease period for units at One Island Place Tower 1 is four (4) months.
