New Wave is a 20-story, waterfront condominium building located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Completed in 2006, New Wave was developed by Cardinal Development and designed by Kobi Karp. New Wave has 78 condo residences comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 850 to 1,400 interior square feet plus balcony.
