Knotel has officially opened Knotel at Wyncatcher in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, unveiling a new kind of flexible workspace designed for the city’s rapidly expanding creative, entrepreneurial, and business communities. Officially opening on December 8, 2025, the nearly 40,000-square-foot destination anchors the Wyncatcher development and marks the debut of Knotel’s Workclub concept in the United States.
Positioned as far more than a traditional coworking space, Knotel at Wyncatcher is conceived as a next-generation “Workclub”—an experience-led environment where work, hospitality, culture, and community intersect. The two-story space integrates private office suites, shared work lounges, event and activation areas, rooftop gathering spaces, and hospitality-driven amenities into a cohesive ecosystem that supports both focused productivity and meaningful connection.
Miami was a strategic choice for the Workclub’s U.S. debut. As companies continue to relocate teams and expand operations in South Florida, demand has grown for work environments that help attract talent, foster collaboration, and adapt to hybrid work models. “Experience-led environments have become essential for companies navigating growth, talent attraction, and new ways of working,” said Catherine Le Druillenec, Managing Director at Knotel. “Miami’s fast-growing business community and global connectivity make it the perfect environment for a flexible, hospitality-driven offering to thrive.”
Knotel at Wyncatcher reflects how Miami professionals live and work. Rooftop terraces, indoor-outdoor gathering spaces, and flexible layouts allow the space to shift naturally between workdays, meetings, and evening events. A restaurant and bar concept developed by Cotidiano Group, based in Guadalajara, Mexico, further reinforces the Workclub’s role as a destination—blurring the line between office, social club, and cultural venue.
Design played a central role in shaping the identity of Knotel at Wyncatcher. “When approaching the design of Knotel at Wyncatcher, it was essential to get the atmosphere perfect,” said Kim Kolkovich, Head of Design at Knotel. “We aimed to create a mood that reflects the vibrant, inspiring, and creative spirit of the surrounding neighborhood while also ensuring the space feels balanced, comfortable, and flexible enough to support different activities that transition throughout the day.”
Art and culture are integral to the Workclub experience. Knotel at Wyncatcher will feature a rotating art program highlighting emerging and established artists, transforming the space into a living gallery that evolves throughout the year. Alongside the workspace, curated cultural programming, brand activations, and member gatherings are intended to animate the space and reinforce Wyncatcher’s role as a creative hub within Wynwood.
Beyond design and amenities, Knotel at Wyncatcher distinguishes itself through a long-term, community-focused operating model. Wyncatcher’s operator-landlord partnership allows for consistent curation, stability, and intentional programming—an important contrast to Miami’s often transient flexible workspace landscape. The result is a workspace that functions as a true home base for companies, independent talent, and creative teams seeking flexibility without sacrificing identity or continuity.
As Wynwood continues its evolution into a more mature, mixed-use district, Knotel at Wyncatcher represents a broader shift in how office space is envisioned in Miami. By blending hospitality, culture, and flexible work under one roof, the project signals a rethinking of the modern workplace—one that prioritizes experience, adaptability, and community in a city defined by creativity and momentum.
