If you do not know who Rob Gronkowski is, surely you know him from this past Sunday’s Super Bowl Win by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Gronkowski also referred to as ‘The Gronk,’ is the tight end for Tampa. Notable for being a skilled receiver and talented blocker, he has set many NFL records including being the only tight end in history to reach 1,000 yards or more.
After he retired from The New England Patriots in 2019, he immediately sold his condo in Boston and became a Miami inhabitant at the Marquis Residences. Gronkowski paid $1.7 million for the suite, which was originally owned by retired Norwegian Soccer player, John Carew. Original asking price was $2.5 million. With its impressive 20-foot ceilings, floor to ceiling glass walls/windows, marble staircases, and views of Biscayne Bay, it is sure to impress!
Rob Gronkowski isn’t the only celebrity to call the Marquis home. Rapper, Drake sold his condo to former point-guard for the Miami Heat, Mario Chalmers. This condo, which was featured in Rapper, DJ Khalid’s famous hit “I’m on One,” music video, includes two combined units with a total of 5,400+ square footage, infinity pool, and Miami skyline views.
The Marquis Residences Miami offers a variety of options including single-level floor plans to two-story penthouse suites, rooftop terraces, and/or outdoor whirlpools. Amenities supersede this 67-floor building.
