Madison Downtown is a two-tower condominium development located in Miami’s Park West neighborhood. Originally built as an apartment development in 1989, Madison Downtown was later converted to condos in 2006 by Bayview Towers Associates, LLC. Madison Downtown comprises two towers (east and west), each rising 17 and 22 floors, respectively. With 152 units in the east tower and 203 in the west, Madison Downtown features a total of 355 condominium residences with one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 516 to 927 interior square feet.
