Madison Downtown is a two-tower condominium development located in Miami’s Park West neighborhood. Originally built as an apartment development in 1998, Madison Downtown was later converted to condos in 2006 by Bayview Towers Associates, LLC. Madison Downtown is comprised of two towers (east and west), rising 17 and 22 floors, respectively. The development has 355 total units with one- and two-bedroom condo residences ranging in size from 516 to 927 interior square feet.
