LILLI is a 53-story waterfront condominium located at 717 NE 27th Street in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Developed by OKO Group and designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with ODP Architects serving as architect of record, the tower rises 636 feet above Biscayne Bay and comprises 117 waterfront residences. The name LILLI was inspired by the balance and quiet grace of the lily flower, featuring a fluid curvilinear architectural design with softly rounded corners and articulated balconies that create a cadence of light and shadow across the façade.
