Oasis Hallandale Beach has officially broke ground on phase 3 of the new residential development.





There will be 1,448,000 square feet in the project.





The two skyscrapers will each have 25 floors and 500 luxury condominiums, according to the statement. The range of costs is $580,000 to $3.5 million.





Additionally, there will be dining establishments and office spaces, turning the area into a "live, work, play" attraction for locals and tourists.





The architect is Arquitectonica, and the developer is MGM Construction Group.

According to a press statement, phase 1 is finished and phase 2 is almost finished. The project should be finished in full by 2026.
