Fountainebleau III is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence to have no more than one (1) pet per unit, with a maximum weight of 100 pounds. Prior to move-in, residents who are pet owners must pay a non-refundable fee of $250 to the condo association.
Owners may rent their units as many times as they like.
Electricity, basic cable and internet (Lodgenet), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.

Fontainebleau III, also known as the Sorrento, is a condo-hotel building adjacent to the Fontainebleau Hotel (900 units) and Fontainebleau II. Fontainebleau III (Sorrento) was built in 2008 and has 18 floors and holds 296 units and is operated by Hilton Hotel. The Fontainebleau was developed by Turnberry Associates; the architect for the project was Nichols, Brosch, Sandoval, and Associates.
