The elevators at this building are a complete nightmare. They take at least 20 minutos to arrive. And the administration they dont care and do nothing anymore

Elevators are complete nightmare as mentioned below. They have 3 elevators for 500 units. The developer scammed the city by doing this as all the elevators are in the hotel side of the property. Elevators when working take 10-15 mins usually, if one breaks (which is often ) it can be 20 or more mins. Also the shared pool with the hotel has become a mess. The furniture is worn out. They now decided to turn it into a club like atmosphere on the weekends. The SLS Hotel staff have an attitude that residents don’t matter and are a nuisance to them. Further, to own you pay two HOA fees one to the building and one to SBE/SLS hotels. It’s all brand the building is really nothing that special.

Elevators are a nightmare. There are only 3 residents elevators for 54+ floors. Avoid this building. Also, pool parties and spring breakers flocking to the building every summer/spring make things worse.

Elevator wait times can be miserable and management is not great — they tell you to contact them by email but never respond!

Before you move into this building make sure you do research on two things:
    1) The elevator situation
    2) The package policy

Recently moved to the building. In my experience, even with one elevator down (as it’s being rebuilt from scratch), it doesn’t take me more than 5 minutes to get to my floor. And I live on the 48th.
