Club Tower One

Club Tower One condominiums is a 20-story tower and 1 of 11 residential buildings spanning the 55-acre Ocean Club property on the island of Key Biscayne. Club Tower 1 at 789 Crandon Blvd, the southernmost of the 3 Club Towers, was built in 1998 and features 93 condo residences ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The architect of the building was Sieger Suarez and it was developed by the Ocean Club Development Company.
 
The Ocean Club is a gated community and is known for its resort style amenities, including a clubhouse, beachside bar & grill, a gourmet restaurant, meeting room, pools, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, and of course, 6 miles of shoreline with beach access along the Atlantic Ocean.
