Brickell Key One

Brickell Key One condominiums (also known as Brickell Key 1) was developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architect, the collaborative team behind most of the residential developments located on Brickell Key. Built in 1982, Brickell Key 1 was the first condo tower to be developed on Brickell Key. It has 316 condo residences comprised of studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 478 to 3,698 interior square feet.  Brickell Key One rises 22 stories offering beautiful views of Biscayne Bay.
 
Brickell Key 1 includes a number of fabulous amenities for its residents, including tennis courts, 24-hour gated security, concierge, pool, valet parking, Jacuzzi, and more. Because Brickell Key One was built so long ago, most of the condo residences have since been renovated/updated and, therefore, have varying degrees of quality and finishes.
