Biscayne Beach is a 51-story, waterfront condominium building located in Edgewater Miami. Completed in 2017, Biscayne Beach was designed by architecture firm WHLC Architecture and developed by Eastview Development and GTIS Partners while the interiors and common area spaces were designed by internationally-acclaimed, celebrity interior designer Thom Filicia. Biscayne Beach has 388 condo residences plus 3 live-work condo units. The condo residences are comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans plus lower and upper penthouses (see Biscayne Beach floor plans). The luxury apartments at Biscayne Beach feature high-end kitchen appliances, wood cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a private balcony with glass railings.
