Biscayne Beach is a pet-friendly condo development for both owners and renters. The pet policy permits each residence to have no more than three (3) pets. In no event shall such pets exceed an aggregate weight of sixty (60) pounds.
No lease of a Unit at Biscayne Beach shall be for a term of less than one (1) year. In no event shall a Unit be leased more than two (2) times within any twelve (12) month period, regardless of the lease term.

Biscayne Beach is a 51-story, waterfront condominium building located in Edgewater Miami. Completed in 2017, Biscayne Beach was designed by architecture firm WHLC Architecture and developed by Eastview Development and GTIS Partners while the interiors and common area spaces were designed by internationally-acclaimed, celebrity interior designer Thom Filicia.
