Bentley Bay North allows pets for owners only. Tenants are not allowed to have pets. The pet policy permits owners only to have no more than one (1) pet per residence, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Prior to move-in, pet owners must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $50 to the condo association.
Basic cable (Atlantic Broadband), water, sewer and trash removal are included in the condominium association dues.
No lease can be less than four (4) months.

Built in 2005, Bentley Bay is made up of two towers (north and south) that have a distinctive curved Yacht-shaped design that contains 25 glass stories. Bentley Bay Towers holds a total of 170 units and is considered the gateway from downtown Miami to South Beach. The Towers were developed by Ricardo Olivieri designed by the award-winning architectural firm, Arquitectonica and the buildings capture the trendy neighborhood. All common areas are beautifully decorated by Italian designer Armando Albeldas.
